Using Penmark
You may use Penmark to sign and fill documents you are entitled to sign and fill. You are responsible for the content of your documents and for keeping copies of them.
Plans and payment
Using the editor is free. Downloading finished files needs an active plan. Plans are prepaid for the period you choose and do not renew automatically. Because access starts the moment payment is confirmed, payments are not refundable except where the law requires.
Your data
Your documents remain yours and stay on your device. Because we never hold a copy, we cannot recover a document you delete or lose by clearing your browser data.
No legal advice
Penmark is a tool, not a law firm. Whether an electronic signature is right for a particular document depends on where you are and what you are signing.
Warranty
Penmark is provided as is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of errors.
