Free browser extension

Every PDF on the web, one click from signed.

Penmark lives in your browser’s side panel. It spots the PDFs on whatever you’re reading and opens them ready to fill and sign — so the form never has to go through your Downloads folder.

Chrome · Edge · Brave · Arc · Opera

Finds the forms for you

Open the side panel on any website and every linked PDF is listed with a Sign button.

Right-click to sign

Any PDF link, PDF tab or photo of a document: right-click → Sign & fill with Penmark.

Still never uploaded

The file goes from the website to your Penmark tab inside your own browser. We never see it.

Install in a minute

Penmark is on its way to the Chrome Web Store. Until then, install it directly — it takes four steps.

  1. 1

    Download

Get the extension zip and unzip it. You’ll have a folder called penmark-extension.

  2. 2

    Open extensions

Go to chrome://extensions (or edge://extensions) in your address bar.

  3. 3

    Developer mode

Switch on “Developer mode” in the top-right corner.

  4. 4

    Load it

Click “Load unpacked” and choose the folder. Pin the Penmark icon — done.

Extension questions

Is the extension free?

Yes. The extension is free, and so is signing and filling. Downloading the finished document needs a Penmark plan.

Which browsers does it work in?

Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, Opera — any Chromium browser from version 116. A Firefox version is planned.

Does the extension upload my documents?

No. It fetches the PDF in your own browser and hands it straight to a Penmark tab. Nothing passes through our servers.

Why does it ask to read websites?

So it can list the PDFs on the page you are viewing and open a PDF link you right-click — including ones behind your logins. It only reads links, only when the panel is open or you click.
