Documents and signatures
Documents, form values, signatures and your saved details are processed and stored only in your browser. We cannot see them.
Your account and payments
If you create an account we store your name, email, a hashed password, your plan and your payment history (amount, date, method). We count downloads so we can see usage — we never record what was downloaded. Payments are processed by Paystack under their own privacy policy.
Website requests
Like any website, loading Penmark means your browser requests pages, scripts and fonts from our host, which may keep standard request logs (such as IP address and user agent) for security and reliability. These logs never contain your documents.
Cookies
Penmark does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
